4 Goldmedals! The 2005 Riesling and Gewürztraminer Trockenbeerenauslesen even with maximum points.
The year 2006 had an extremely hot July but August was too cool and wet. Grape ripeness began end of August. September and October as well had many warm
days. The 26.of October was even a summer day. Despite the wet August the grape health was satisfactory, also because we do not fertilize. Quantity and quality are above average, there is enough “Qualitätsweine” and the
tops are beyond 100 Grad Öchsle in the “Auslese” area.
Our autumn Weingut Fest with the opening of the organic vineyard trail (Ökologischer Weinberglehrpfad) is traditionally Oktober 3rd. In 2006 it rained
cats and dogs. Special thanx to all visitors for coming despite the rain! They coud enjoy the full program of entertainment, food and wine.

2005 started at October 11th. An unbelievable Golden October and even November raised the quality enormously. Proof are two Gewürztraminer and
Riesling Trockenbeerenauslesen with more than 200 Grad Öchsle, a Remstal valley record.
Goldmedal for 2003 Muskat-Trollinger Spätlese and 2001 Gewürztraminer Auslese! Silber for a 2003 Sylvaner. Vintage 2003 is on sale.
